Intelligence infrastructure for
modern pharmacovigilance
VigilanceRx is an end-to-end pharmacovigilance intelligence platform — from data ingestion to signal alert — built for the speed and scale of the modern web.
VigilanceRx ingests patient-generated content from Reddit, Twitter/X, and drug review platforms. Our configurable monitoring system allows safety teams to define target drug lists, source priorities, and ingestion frequency — from on-demand runs to scheduled surveillance cycles.
Raw patient text is processed through a multi-stage clinical NLP pipeline combining named entity recognition, entity classification, and causal relationship extraction. Every extracted entity is traceable to its source post with full confidence scoring.
Extracted drug-event pairs are automatically clustered, deduplicated, and scored. The platform tracks signal frequency, severity, and trend over time — distinguishing genuine emerging safety concerns from noise.
Safety analysts interact with signals through a purpose-built dashboard — reviewing source posts, annotating cases, updating review status, and exporting findings. Human judgment is integral to the workflow, not an afterthought.
